Role Description This Healthcare Management Internship is a full-time, on-site role based at the Lower Parel office in Mumbai, with a stipend of INR 15,000. Interns will assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring health and wellness programs for corporate, school, and community clients.

Day-to-day tasks may include supporting data collection and analysis, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating with healthcare providers, and helping manage scheduling and logistics for onsite wellness activities. Interns will also contribute to patient education materials, process documentation, and quality improvement initiatives. The role is designed for MPH, MHA, or medical professionals seeking hands-on exposure to healthcare management and wellness operations.

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing or recently completed MPH, MHA, MBBS, BAMS, BHMS, BPT, or another relevant health or medical degree.
- Foundational knowledge of public health, healthcare administration, or health systems management.




- Ability to support program coordination, including scheduling, stakeholder communication, and basic project tracking.
- Solid analytical, documentation, and reporting skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients, providers, and internal teams.
- Comfort working in an on-site office environment in Mumbai (Lower Parel) and engaging with diverse populations.
- Proficiency in basic office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace); experience with data entry or spreadsheets is an advantage.
- Demonstrated interest in preventive health, wellness programs, and community health initiatives.
- Ability to work collaboratively, show initiative, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
