About the Role

We are a state-of-the-art IVF and fertility center located in Shankarpalle, dedicated to bringing world-class reproductive healthcare to the region. We are looking for an energetic, empathetic, and results-driven Healthcare Relationship Manager (HRM) to build strong referral networks and drive patient footfall.

Key Responsibilities

- B2B Referral Networking: Identify, meet, and build robust relationships with independent Gynecologists (OB/GYNs), General Physicians, and Rural Medical Practitioners (RMPs) in the target radius to generate patient referrals.

- Diagnostic Center Tie-ups: Partner with local ultrasound clinics and pathology labs to establish referral pipelines for patients requiring advanced fertility care.

- Community Outreach & Camps: Organize, manage, and execute free fertility awareness camps and preliminary health check-ups in semi-urban and corporate areas to increase local brand visibility.

- Patient Liaison:



Act as a bridge between referring doctors and our center, ensuring that referred patients receive priority care and referring doctors receive timely updates on their patients' progress.

- Market Intelligence: Monitor local healthcare trends, competitor activities, and patient demographics to provide feedback to the management team.

- Reporting: Maintain a daily tracker of visits, leads generated, and follow-ups using our CRM system.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
