ABOUT THE ROLE

Advance Health Clinic (AHC) is looking for a compassionate and skilled Healer to join our wellness team in Nagpur. You will work closely with patients to support their emotional, mental, and physical well-being through healing techniques, guided sessions, and complementary therapeutic practices — in coordination with our medical and counselling teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct one-on-one and group healing sessions for patients as per clinic protocols

- Assess patient needs and design personalized healing/therapy plans

- Apply NLP-based techniques (or work towards certification) to support patients with stress, anxiety, habit change, and emotional blocks

- Maintain accurate session records, patient progress notes, and feedback documentation

- Coordinate with doctors, counsellors, and front-office staff for patient referrals and follow-ups

- Educate patients on self-care practices, relaxation techniques, and lifestyle changes

- Ensure a calm, protected, and hygienic therapy environment

- Participate in internal training, workshops, and skill-upgradation programs





- Support wellness awareness camps and promotional activities organized by the clinic

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

- 1-3 years of experience as a healer, therapist, counsellor, or in a related wellness role

- NLP certification preferred; Hypnotherapy /Energy Healing / Spiritual Healing

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Empathetic, patient-centric approach

- Open for Travelling

- Basic understanding of holistic/alternative healing practices (Reiki, hypnotherapy, or counselling background - added advantage)

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive patient information

- Based in or willing to relocate to Nagpur, Mumbai , Pune

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹42,438.22 per month
