Salary: Max 12LPA

Preferred Industry: Tea Industry (CTC)

Experience: 5 to 7 Years

Job Responsibilities

- Conduct qualified tea tasting, evaluation, and grading of CTC teas to ensure quality standards.
- Assess liquor, aroma, appearance, strength, and overall cup quality for procurement and blending.
- Develop and maintain tea blends as per customer specifications and market requirements.
- Coordinate with factories, suppliers, and procurement teams to ensure consistent tea quality.
- Maintain tasting records, quality reports, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Monitor market trends, auction teas, and competitor products to support sourcing and product development.

Preferred Candidate

- Graduate in Tea Science, Food Technology, Agriculture, or a related discipline (preferred).
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in tea tasting, blending, and quality evaluation, preferably in the CTC tea industry.
- Strong sensory evaluation skills with in-depth knowledge of tea grades and blending techniques.

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
