Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.

- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent performance.

- Drive new business development and expansion into new markets/territories.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.

- Manage sales targets, forecasting, pipeline, budgets, and profitability.

- Identify market opportunities and monitor competitor activities.

- Develop and manage distributors, dealers, channel partners, and key accounts, as applicable.

- Lead major negotiations and close high-value business deals.

- Monitor sales KPIs and take corrective actions to achieve targets.

- Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and other departments.





- Prepare regular sales and business performance reports for senior management.

- Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or related field.

- 10–20 years of proven sales experience, with strong leadership experience.

- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.

- Solid business development, strategic planning, and analytical abilities.

- Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
