Role Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Manager with extensive expertise in the synthesis of resins The ideal candidate will lead R&D;, Quality Control, Technical Services, and Regulatory Affairs for Speciality Resins' products while contributing to business development initiatives across various market segments.

o Must possess expertise in a broad range of research/technical solutions in the field of Polymer Chemistry, Specialty Chemicals & Additives, Process Scale Up, New Product Development and Technical Application Support to Customer. Passionate about emerging markets, exploring unmet needs and deliver appropriate timely solutions to support Business Needs.

- Key Deliverables: o Strategic Responsibilities :



Develop and implement the R&D; strategy aligned with the company’s goals, focusing on innovation in composite & coating resins for various applications.

Product Development: Lead the development of current resin formulations, including Polyester Resins, acrylic polyols, specialty acrylates, polyester polyols, PU, TPU, modified Silicons, Speciality Adhesives, PUD. Develop innovative formulations to enhance performance and compliance with industry standards.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Work closely with Cross functional Team, Manage R & Budget, foster Knowledge Share Culture,

Provide Scientific Leadership.
