Role Description The Head Service Planning & Marketing (HOD) is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for leading service planning, strategy, and marketing initiatives for the two-wheeler business. This role involves forecasting service demand, coordinating with production and service teams, and ensuring optimal resource allocation to meet customer and dealer requirements.

The position oversees the development and execution of service marketing campaigns, enhancement of service programs, and continuous improvement of customer satisfaction. Daily activities include analyzing service performance data, preparing business and service plans, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders,



and guiding the service planning team to achieve organizational targets. The HOD will also monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine service offerings and support long-term business growth.

Qualifications

- Robust demand planning and forecasting skills to manage service requirements across product lines.
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret operational data, market trends, and performance metrics.
- Experience in strategic planning and business planning for service operations or after-sales functions.
- Expertise in production planning or coordination with manufacturing teams to align service and supply capabilities.
- Proven leadership experience in automotive or related industries, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and collaborate closely with manufacturing, sales, and dealer networks.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field; prior experience in two-wheeler or automotive service planning is highly beneficial.
