- Lead and oversee the entire project management function for robotics and automation projects
- Define project management strategies, frameworks, and best practices aligned with company goals
- Manage end-to-end execution of multiple high-value automation and robotics projects
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Drive coordination between R&D;, design, production, installation, and service teams
- Establish project governance, KPIs, and performance tracking systems
- Identify project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies
- Handle key client relationships, negotiations, and high-level escalations
- Review and approve project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets
- Lead project review meetings and provide strategic updates to top management
- Ensure successful installation, commissioning, and handover of systems to clients
- Optimize processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance delivery timelines
- Mentor and manage project managers and team members
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations
- Drive continuous improvement and adoption of current technologies in project execution
