Position Overview

We are looking for a mature, polished and highly dependable professional to take complete responsibility for the smooth, efficient and discreet management of a large private household of a prominent business family in Delhi.

The incumbent will act as the single-point coordinator for all household operations, managing a team of approximately 25 staff and ensuring that the requirements of the family are handled with the highest standards of service, discretion, responsiveness and professionalism.

This is a high-trust, high-responsibility position requiring an individual who combines the professionalism of a senior hospitality/operations manager with the discretion, emotional intelligence and personal sensitivity required to work closely with a prominent business family.

Key Responsibilities

1. Overall Household Management

- Take complete ownership of the day-to-day functioning of the household.
- Establish appropriate systems, processes, schedules and service standards.
- Anticipate requirements of family members and ensure timely execution.

2. People Management

- Directly supervise and coordinate approximately 25 household employees, including housekeeping, drivers, cooks, gardeners, security and other support staff.
- Allocate responsibilities and prepare appropriate duty rosters.

3. Family & Senior Stakeholder Management

- Serve as the principal operational interface between the household staff and the family.
- Understand the individual preferences and sensitivities of different family members.
- Handle requests and issues with tact, discretion and emotional intelligence.
- Maintain complete confidentiality regarding family matters, movements, visitors, business discussions and personal information.

4. Vendors & External Service Providers





- Manage relationships with household vendors, contractors, maintenance agencies and service providers.
- Negotiate service requirements and ensure quality, timelines and commercial discipline.
- Monitor ongoing maintenance, repairs and service contracts.

5. Household Administration & Financial Management

- Prepare and monitor household operating budgets.
- Maintain appropriate records of household expenses, purchases, inventories and payments.
- Ensure effective procurement and prevent wastage or unnecessary expenditure.
- Maintain inventories of household consumables, equipment, furnishings and other assets.

6.Events & Family Gatherings

- Coordinate family gatherings, celebrations, dinners and other private events.
- Ensure seamless arrangements for VIP guests and visiting family members.
- Coordinate catering, décor, housekeeping, transportation and other event-related requirements.

7. Travel & Transportation Coordination

- Coordinate with drivers and transportation service providers for family movements.
- Ensure vehicle availability, cleanliness, servicing and documentation.
- Coordinate travel-related household requirements when required.

INCUMBENT PROFILE:

- The ideal candidate would have UHNI / private household management/Family offices/Luxury hotels / hospitality operations exposure.
- Excellent manners, etiquette and personal presentation

- High degree of discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to manage people firmly but respectfully
- Robust problem-solving and decision-making ability
- A proactive, anticipatory approach rather than merely responding to instructions

Annual Compensation:15-20LPA
