Key Responsibilities

- Take complete ownership of day-to-day SEZ/FTWZ operations, including cargo receipt, storage, inventory, movement, dispatch and value-added services.

- Ensure strict compliance with SEZ/FTWZ regulations, documentation and operational procedures.

- Lead and develop the operations team, including supervisors, warehouse staff and contract manpower.

- Establish robust SOPs, workflows, controls and accountability mechanisms across operations.

- Drive warehouse productivity, space utilisation, manpower efficiency and turnaround time.

- Implement robust systems for inventory accuracy, cargo tracking, documentation and operational reporting.

- Work closely with WMS/ERP/technology teams to automate manual processes and improve visibility.





- Monitor operational KPIs and build MIS/dashboard-driven management rather than relying on manual follow-ups.

- Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve processes through automation, technology and data-based decision making.

- Coordinate closely with Sales, Finance, Customs/Compliance, IT and customers to ensure seamless execution.

- Ensure customer SLAs are met and proactively resolve operational escalations.

- Manage MHE, equipment, manpower and other operational resources efficiently.

- Drive a culture of zero-error operations, ownership and continuous improvement.
