ReDial Clinic is a physician-led metabolic health clinic focused on helping people improve and reverse chronic metabolic conditions through a structured, lifestyle-led approach.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a hands-on Head of Technology & AI who can lead and build our technology ecosystem — including our website, full-stack applications, AI solutions, automation and technology integrations.

We are looking for an ambitious and technically strong Head of Technology & AI to take complete ownership of our technology ecosystem — from website & full-stack development to AI implementation, automation and integrations.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build technology from the ground up, solve real business problems and directly influence how technology drives the organization forward.

Location: Green Park Extension, New Delhi

Experience: 4+ Years

Compensation: ₹45,000 – ₹75,000/month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Monday – Saturday

Work Mode: On-Site

YOUR ROLE

You will be responsible for building and managing our technology stack while working closely with the Founder's Office, Clinical, Sales, Marketing and Operations teams.

Key areas of ownership:

Website & Product Development

- Own, develop and continuously improve the company website and web applications.
- Build new features, dashboards and internal technology solutions.
- Optimize performance, security, scalability and user experience.

Full-Stack Development

- Handle frontend and backend development.
- Work with APIs, databases, authentication and third-party integrations.
- Build reliable and scalable solutions with clean, maintainable code.

AI & Emerging Technology

- Identify opportunities to implement AI across the organization.
- Integrate LLMs,



AI APIs and AI-powered tools into business workflows.
- Develop practical AI solutions that improve productivity and customer experience.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and recommend relevant applications.

Automation & Integrations

- Automate repetitive business processes.
- Build integrations between CRM, EMR, WhatsApp, website and other platforms.
- Develop API-based workflows to reduce manual intervention and improve operational efficiency.

Technology & Infrastructure

- Maintain technology systems, deployments, documentation and access.
- Ensure appropriate security, backups and system reliability.
- Evaluate and recommend technology platforms, tools and infrastructure.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone who is:

Robust in Full-Stack Development

Hands-on with AI, LLMs & AI APIs

Experienced with APIs, databases and integrations

Comfortable with automation and modern development tools

Strong in problem-solving and technical decision-making

Curious about emerging technologies

Able to work independently and take complete ownership

Comfortable working in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment
