- Duration : 15 to 20 years of fabrication workshop experience.
- Degree : Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or metallurgical engineering.
- Domain : Heavy engineering, pressure vessels, Heat Exchangers, piping, or structural steel fabrication.
Certifications & Technical Skills
- NDT Qualifications : Valid ASNT Level III in RT, UT, PT, and MT.
- Welding Credentials : Certified Welding Engineer (AWS-CWE) or International Welding Engineer (IWE).
- Code Knowledge : Mastery of ASME (Sections I, VIII, IX), ASTM, API, and AWS codes.
Key Responsibilities Management & Compliance
- System Oversight : Maintain and audit the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- Authority Liaison : Manage interactions with third-party inspection agencies (TPIAs) like EIL,LRS, TUV, DNV and BVIS.
- Customer Audits : Act as the primary technical point of contact for client quality audits.
