The Role

As Head of Product, you'll own the end-to-end product vision and strategy — translating the company's mission into a roadmap that balances user experience, health outcomes, and business growth. You'll partner closely with Founders, Design, and Engineering to build products that are trusted by consumers and clinically sound.

Responsibilities

- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Lead and grow a high-performing product team
- Partner closely with Founders, Design, and Engineering to translate strategy into shipped outcomes
- Deeply understand user needs and logistical nuances to shape product decisions




- Establish strong product processes — discovery, prioritization, and metrics-driven iteration
- Ensure products meet relevant health, privacy, and compliance standards
- Drive a culture of user obsession, data-informed decisions, and quick iteration

Requirements
- 12 - 18 years of product management experience, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record building and scaling consumer tech products (quick commerce or consumer spaces a strong plus)
- Strong sense for consumer UX combined with the ability to navigate compliance-heavy domains
- Experience leading and mentoring product teams
- Data-driven approach to product decisions, comfortable owning metrics and outcomes
- Excellent communication skills; comfortable operating closely with founders in a fast-paced environment
