We are looking for a robust, hands-on operations leader who can take end-to-end ownership of our business operations and help us build a more structured, process-driven and scalable organisation.
The key areas of responsibility will include:
● Production and manufacturing operations
● Procurement and vendor management
● Supply chain and logistics
● Dispatch and distribution
● Retail and franchise operations
● SOP development and implementation
● Cost control and operational efficiency
● Team building, leadership and performance management
● MIS, operational reporting and KPI management
● Process improvement and scalability
● Coordination across production, purchase, logistics, sales and stores
We would ideally prefer candidates with 10 years of relevant experience, particularly from FMCG, Food & Beverage, Bakery, QSR, Retail, Manufacturing or other multi-location businesses.
We are looking for someone who is not only a strategic thinker but also highly execution-oriented and comfortable working closely with the promoter/management team in a growing organisation.
