About us:

Kosha Labs collects real-world data to help train the next generation of robots. We partner with factories, hotels, hospitals, warehouses, and other businesses, where we deploy cameras and manage large teams to collect data at scale.

The role:

We’re looking for an extremely execution-driven Head of Operations to own our data collection operations on the ground. This is not a strategy role. You will be responsible for making sure 500+ workers across multiple sites show up, hardware works, data gets collected, quality stays high, and daily targets are hit.

You will own:

- Manage and scale 500+ data collection workers, supervisors, and site managers.
- Hit aggressive daily and weekly data collection targets across locations.
- Set up recent collection sites quickly and take them from zero to full production.
- Own worker hiring, onboarding, training, attendance, scheduling, productivity, and performance.
- Coordinate deployment and movement of hundreds of cameras, sensors, and other hardware.
- Ensure every device is operational, charged, assigned, tracked, and collecting data.
- Build processes for hardware failures, replacements, inventory, and loss prevention.




- Work closely with engineering and QA teams to ensure collected data meets customer specifications.
- Track operations obsessively: hours collected, worker utilization, device utilization, rejection rates, downtime, and output per site.
- Identify bottlenecks immediately and fix them.
- Build the operational systems required to scale from hundreds to thousands of workers.

Who we're looking for: You are highly operational, aggressive about execution, and comfortable managing chaos at scale.

You should be comfortable spending most of your time on the ground, managing people, solving problems, and making sure targets get hit.

Experience managing large blue-collar workforces, warehouses, factories, logistics, field operations, manufacturing, or other high-volume operations is a strong plus.

The output matters. If 500 people are supposed to collect data today, your job is to make sure 500 people collect data today.
