We are looking for a senior, execution-oriented professional to lead and build the DSA Operations vertical of an early-stage fintech platform.

This is a hands-on startup leadership role for someone with solid experience in fintech, lending, payments, channel sales, merchant/partner acquisition, distribution, field operations or business development.

The role requires approximately 20 hours per week, but performance and successful delivery of responsibilities matter more than rigid working hours.

You may continue another non-competing professional engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Build and develop the initial DSA/partner network.

Drive onboarding, activation and engagement of channel partners.

Create scalable operating processes, SOPs and reporting systems.

Develop city/state-wise acquisition and expansion strategies.

Build relationships with relevant industry partners and distribution networks.

Track operational KPIs, conversion, activation and performance.

Identify execution bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.

Coordinate with founders and cross-functional teams.

Gradually build and manage the operations team as the business scales.

Take ownership of ground-level execution during the initial validation stage.

Ideal Candidate

We prefer professionals with experience in:

Fintech / Payments / Lending / NBFC / Banking

DSA or financial-services distribution

Merchant or seller acquisition





Channel Sales & Distribution

B2B Business Development

Telecom / FMCG distribution

State / Regional / Zonal operations

New-market launches

Large field-team management

Experience in companies such as Paytm, PhonePe, BharatPe, banks, NBFCs, fintechs, telecom, FMCG or large distribution businesses would be relevant.

Compensation – Please Read Carefully

This is presently a PRO BONO role with NO fixed monthly salary or retainer.

The selected candidate will have an opportunity to earn meaningful performance-linked equity, subject to agreed milestones, performance, vesting conditions and formal Company approvals.

This is therefore best suited for a senior professional who can continue another non-competing professional engagement while contributing meaningfully to building the venture.

Approved business expenses will be handled separately.
