We’re Hiring | Head of Operations & Business Development

We're building a modern comfort Dessert Bar in Bangalore — centered around warm desserts, comfort bakes, premium cookies and easy beverages.

We’re now looking for an experienced F&B; professional (6–8+ years) to join us at the most important stage: building and launching our first outlet.

This is not a conventional restaurant operations role.

You will work directly with the founder and take responsibility of:

• Finding & building the initial team through your F&B; network

• Location scouting & real estate connections

• Vendor & procurement network

• Connecting with the right F&B;/pastry experts

• Menu commercialization & operationalization

• SOPs, training & outlet readiness

• Pre-opening coordination and execution

• Day-to-day operations after launch





• Sales, corporate/business opportunities & partnerships

• Supporting future outlet expansion

We’re looking for someone who understands F&B;, people, numbers and execution — and is comfortable getting their hands dirty to make things happen.

We already have a strong foundation in product, R&D;, branding and design. We need someone who can complement that with operational experience, industry relationships and serious execution ability.

? Bangalore (Will have to report at our central bakery production unit at Sanjay Nagar, Hebbal)
