Job Overview

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills, along with hands-on experience in recruitment and employee management.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other hiring channels.
- Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate discussions based on job requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Handle salary discussions, offer rollouts, candidate follow-ups, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on hiring status.

HR Operations

- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, and HRMS activities.
- Handle employee queries and provide timely support on HR-related matters.




- Assist with exit formalities, employee records, and HR reports/MIS.
- Support day-to-day HR processes and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure proper maintenance of employee and recruitment-related records.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Graduation in any discipline with MBA/PGDM in HR or Industrial Relations.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR Recruitment & Operations.
- Minimum 80% aggregate in both 10th and 12th standard.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with HRMS/ATS and recruitment processes.
