About the Role The Head – Human Resources will lead the HR function and build organizational capability, culture, systems, leadership depth, and employee engagement. The role will create scalable HR structures aligned with growth across manufacturing, projects, engineering, sales, service, and corporate functions. The ideal candidate should have strong strategic and execution capabilities with experience in manufacturing, engineering, EPC, energy, industrial, or technology-driven organizations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with business goals.

- Drive organization design, workforce planning, succession planning, and change management.

- Build a high-performance, values-driven organizational culture.

- Build talent acquisition systems for engineering, manufacturing, projects, sales, service, and leadership hiring.

- Strengthen employer branding, campus hiring, industry partnerships, and leadership hiring pipelines.

- Standardize recruitment processes, competency frameworks, and assessment methodologies.

- Oversee performance management and build learning and development frameworks.

- Drive leadership development, managerial effectiveness, career progression, and internal growth

- Establish HR policies, SOPs, governance systems, and ensure labour law and statutory compliance

- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, employee records, and HR audits

- Drive HR digitization and HRMS/ERP implementation.

- Lead employee engagement, internal communication, recognition, grievance management,



and conflict resolution.

- Foster a culture of trust, integrity, innovation, safety, and customer focus.

- Support expanding manufacturing operations through workforce planning, productivity, discipline, engagement, and shop-floor capability development.

Requirements

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute

- 12–18 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilities.

- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, EPC, industrial products, energy, infrastructure, or related sectors preferred.

- Solid understanding of HR strategy, organization development, talent management, and labour compliance

- Experience building HR systems and processes in growing organizations.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to balance strategic initiatives with operational execution.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and adaptability

- Role: Full-time | Work from Office

- Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9:30 AM-6:30 PM, Sat 9:30 AM-1:30 PM
