Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall HR strategy aligned with business objectives
- Drive Industrial Relations, Labour Laws & Statutory Compliance
- Oversee employee relations, workforce planning and HR operations
- Develop and strengthen HR policies, processes and systems
- Lead talent acquisition, retention and succession planning
- Drive performance management, learning & development and employee engagement
- Manage HR compliance, audits and statutory requirements




- Partner with leadership on organisational development and people strategy

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a solid HR leader with hands-on experience in industrial relations, labour law, statutory compliance, HR operations and strategic HR, preferably from the FMCG, food, manufacturing or retail sector.
