Role: Head of Human Resources

Location: Bangalore (In office – 5 Days WFO)

Experience: 7–15 Years

Target Institutes: Tier-1 B-Schools (XLRI, TISS, IIMs, MDI, SCMHRD, etc.)

Compensation: ₹60,000,000 – ₹90,000,000 (INR 60–90 LPA) Equity/ESOPs

Role Overview:

We are seeking a sharp, strategic, and high-energy HR Head to drive our people strategy and scale our organization during this hypergrowth phase. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires rolling up your sleeves—particularly across Talent Acquisition—to build top-tier engineering, product, and business teams. You will partner directly with the founders to establish strong HR operations, shape company culture, and turn talent into a competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Scaling (Primary Focus)

- Design and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to hire top tech, product, and leadership talent in a competitive market.
- Actively engage in hands-on sourcing, interview loops, closing candidates, and executive hiring.
- Build and lead an agile recruitment engine, managing external agencies, campus outreach, and internal referral programs.
- Strengthen the company's employer brand to position us as a top talent destination in Bangalore.

2. People Strategy & HR Operations

- Establish core HR processes, policy frameworks,



and compensation models tailored to a high-growth startup environment.
- Implement performance management cycles, OKRs, and continuous feedback mechanisms.
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, HRIS management, compliance, and payroll integration.

3. Culture & Organizational Development

- Drive culture-building initiatives that foster ownership, high performance, and rapid execution.
- Work closely with department heads on org structure, headcount planning, and succession pipelines.
- Serve as an empathetic leader and sounding board for employee wellness, engagement, and retention strategies.

What We Are Looking For:

- Education: Full-time MBA/PGDM in HR from a top-tier B-School (XLRI, TISS, IIMs, MDI, SCMHRD, or equivalent).
- Experience: 7–15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with proven success inside fast-paced, high-growth tech startups.
- TA Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience in talent acquisition; must be comfortable doing execution work alongside strategic planning.
- Work Style: High bandwidth, comfortable with ambiguity, pragmatic, and willing to work 5 days in-office in Bangalore.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with a track record of partnering closely with founders and executive teams.
