Own Proparlab’s growth engine end-to-end — from acquisition and activation to monetization and retention — as we build the category-defining GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) platform.

What you'll do

- Own the full growth funnel: acquisition → activation → paid conversion → retention, with clear weekly targets.

- Build and scale performance channels (paid search/social, SEO/GEO, lifecycle) with a rigorous experimentation cadence.

- Define the north-star metrics and the growth model; report the numbers to the founders every week.

- Partner with product on onboarding, trial-to-paid, and pricing experiments.

- Hire and lead a small, high-leverage growth team across markets.

What we're looking for

- 6 years in growth at a rapid-growing B2B SaaS company, ideally PLG.

- Track record of owning a revenue or pipeline number and hitting it.

- Deep, hands-on skill in at least two of: paid acquisition, SEO/content, lifecycle/CRM, analytics.

- Fluency with experimentation, cohort analysis, and attribution.





- Bias to action; comfortable in an early-stage, high-ambiguity environment.
