Role Description The Head of Manufacturing – EV Two-Wheelers is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for leading end-to-end manufacturing operations for GBG EV’s two-wheeler portfolio. This role oversees production planning, shop-floor execution, and adherence to quality and safety standards, ensuring timely and cost-effective output that aligns with business growth targets.

Day-to-day responsibilities include defining manufacturing strategies, optimizing processes for operational excellence, managing vendor and supply chain coordination,



and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves establishing and enforcing good manufacturing practices, monitoring key performance indicators, mentoring cross-functional manufacturing teams, and collaborating with product, engineering, and operations teams to support new model launches and scaling of EV fleets. The Head of Manufacturing will ensure manufacturing capacity and capabilities support GBG EV’s expansion plans while maintaining a strong focus on reliability, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Manufacturing and Valuable Manufacturing Practice (GMP), with a strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance.
- Proficiency in Production Planning and Operations Management to manage capacity, schedules, and resource utilization effectively.
- Track record of driving Operational Excellence, process optimization, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in EV, automotive, or two-wheeler manufacturing, including familiarity with assembly lines, component sourcing, and quality systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, mentor, and manage diverse manufacturing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of supply chain, vendor management, and budgeting related to manufacturing operations.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related technical field. <
