Key Responsibilities:

- Financial planning, budgeting & forecasting
- MIS, financial reporting & profitability analysis
- Billing, collections & WIP management
- Cash flow, treasury & banking
- Taxation, compliance & financial controls
- Partner reporting & strategic financial insights
- Cost optimization & process improvement
- Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts team

Ideal Candidate:

- 15+ years of relevant experience
- Solid experience in Finance leadership
- Professional Services / Law Firm / Big 4 experience preferred
- Strong analytical, commercial & stakeholder-management skills
