We are looking for a visionary, tech-savvy Head of Delivery to own our product lifecycle, scale our engineering efficiency, and lead a talented 15-member team on-site in Mumbai/Nashik.

What You’ll Do

- Own the Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end delivery of our SaaS stock market platforms and data-feed architectures from scoping to production.
- Optimize Agile Culture: Establish and fine-tune Agile/Scrum/DevOps workflows to match quick-paced financial market dynamics.
- Architect Scalability: Proactively tackle engineering bottlenecks, data streaming latency, and security risks critical to live market trading apps.
- Lead & Mentor: Empower, manage, and scale a high-performing 15-member team consisting of Developers, QA testers, and Product Engineers.
- Manage Operations: Oversee delivery budgets,



resource forecasting, and critical third-party integrations (market data feeds, cloud delivery pipelines).

What We’re Looking For

- Experience: 10+ years in software delivery management, with 4+ years leading engineering teams in a product ecosystem.
- Domain Expertise: Direct, proven history of delivering production-ready applications in the Stock Market, Wealth Management, Mutual Funds, or Real-Time Financial Data spaces.
- Technical Depth: Practical understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), secure CI/CD pipelines, and real-time data streaming (WebSockets, Kafka).
- Leadership Style: A champion of high performance who thrives in an on-site, collaborative workspace.
- Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PMI-ACP, or relevant NISM modules.
