Hiring: Head of Buying & Merchandising – Home Decor (Gurgaon)

We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on leader to head our Buying and Merchandising division for a fast-growing home decor retail brand. If you have a solid eye for design, a sharp business mindset, and deep vendor networks across furniture, furnishings, and artifacts, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive product selection, category strategy, and seasonal range planning for retail channels.
- Lead end-to-end buying, merchandising, and strategic vendor sourcing across key product categories:
- Home Decor & Artifacts
- Soft Furnishings
- Furniture & Fine Art Goods
- Manage vendor relationships, price negotiations, margin targets, and delivery timelines.
- Track market trends, consumer behavior, and sales performance to optimize product mix.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Experience: 8+ years of retail buying, merchandising, and sourcing experience,



specifically within Home Decor, Furnishings, Furniture, or Lifestyle Retail.
- Background: Prior retail brand experience is mandatory.
- Skills: Robust negotiation skills, vendor development, trend forecasting, and range planning.
- Location: Gurgaon (In-office / Retail HQ).
