We are looking for an experienced Construction Head to lead and manage end-to-end construction activities for a reputed real estate firm. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, site operations, quality control, cost management, contractor coordination, and timely project delivery.
? Key Requirements:
✔️ 13+ years of experience in construction/project execution
✔️ Mandatory experience with a Real Estate Developer/Firm
✔️ Robust knowledge of residential/commercial construction
✔️ Experience in managing contractors, consultants & site teams
✔️ Strong leadership, planning & problem-solving skills
