To lead heat treatment (Carburizing, Carbonitriding, Hardening, Tempering, Annealing, Induction Hardening)& metallurgical lab operations, optimize furnaces/process parameters, ensure QCD, CQI-9/IATF compliance, cost reduction, rejection control.
Required Candidate profile
Lead metallurgical lab, APQP/PPAP & NPD, process improvement, Lean/TPM/Kaizen, equipment maintenance, rework, traceability, team training, safety compliance and development of second-line leadership.
