- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.

- Cost Optimization

- Track market trends, pricing dynamics, and availability of key raw materials and chemicals.

- Conduct spend analysis and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements.





- Drive value engineering and strategic procurement initiatives to enhance competitiveness.

Inventory &

- Supply Chain Management

- Ensure timely availability of critical raw materials and chemicals to support uninterrupted plant operations.

- Optimize inventory levels and working capital through effective planning and coordination.

- Monitor material movement, warehousing, and logistics processes.

Process Excellence &

- Digitalization

- Lead procurement transformation initiatives and process improvement programs.

- Strengthen procurement systems, controls, and governance.

- Ensure effective utilization of SAP/SRM and other digital procurement tools.

- Generate and review daily, weekly, and monthly procurement reports and MIS.

Team Leadership

- Lead and mentor the procurement and material management team.

- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Develop team capabilities through training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
