Preferred candidate profile

- Knowledge of Companies Act/LLP/Partnership laws

- Knowledge of Intellectual Property Laws

- Knowledge of SEBI Ac/Listing Compliances/FEMA

- Knowledge of Property Law & related compliances

- Knowledge of Media Laws and Law of Contract/Labour Laws

- Working experience of Merger/Demerger, due diligence, secretarial audit and acquisition proceedings and petitions with CLB/RD/ROC office

- Appearance before CLB/RD/ROC/SEBI and stock exchanges

- Knowledge of MS -office/Presentations

- Ability to use internet for research

Role & responsibilities

- Budgeting and ensuring that the SWU achieves its financial business target.

- To develop qualified services in the field of Legal compliances (like SEBI, FEMA, Corporate Governance, Secretarial compliance/Due Diligence, Intellectual Property Rights/Property matters).

- To ensure client servicing and timely deliverables of assignment.





- To ensure the services rendered are within the frame work and guidelines as prescribed in the specific Law/regulation.

- To provide advisory services in matters related to Co Law, SEBI, FEMA, Labour Laws, Corporate Governance, IPR, Due diligence etc and co-ordinate regularly with CATs/MAP team for the same and prepare presentations wherever required.

- Effective utilization of team and resource allocation.

- To advise in-house Legal matters.

- To coordinate with other SWU's for the advisory services.

- Recruitment and performance appraisals of juniors/managers.

- To prepare legal documents and ensure that they are properly integrated and drafted.

- Provide adequate briefing to the team before commencement of each assignment in terms of timelines, deliverables, client expectations.
