Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive IT infrastructure strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
2. Identify and implement best practices for IT infrastructure management, including network, server, storage, and cloud solutions.
3. Drive innovation in IT infrastructure to improve efficiency, reliability, and security.
4. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT infrastructure professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
5. Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
6. Recruit and retain top talent in the IT infrastructure field.
7. Oversee the design, implementation, and management of IT infrastructure, including data centers, networks, servers, storage, and cloud environments.
8. Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of IT systems to support business operations.
9. Implement robust monitoring and management processes to ensure optimal performance and availability of IT infrastructure.
10. Manage IT infrastructure projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, security, and business units, to deliver successful projects.
12. Provide technical guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
13. Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures to protect the organization's data and systems.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
15. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate risks.
16. Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure the organization's ability to recover from disruptions.
17. Conduct regular testing and updates to ensure the effectiveness of these plans.
18. Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand IT infrastructure needs and deliver solutions.
19. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on IT infrastructure initiatives and projects.
20. Foster strong relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality support and services.
21. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in IT infrastructure.
22. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions.
23. Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance IT infrastructure capabilities.

Education Requirement

- B.Tech / B.E (CS, IT, ECE), MBA preferred

Experience Requirement

- 15 years & above
