Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute investor relations strategies to build strong relationships with existing investors, attract current ones, and maintain a positive company image.

- Collaborate with senior management to develop investment pitches, financial models, and presentations for fundraising purposes.

- Identify potential investors, research their needs, and tailor communication materials accordingly.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform investment decisions.

Job Requirements :

- 10-22 years of experience in Investor Relations or related field (e.g., private equity).

- Strong understanding of IPO funding processes and mergers & acquisitions transactions.

- Proven track record in developing successful fundraising campaigns through various channels (equity/debt).

- Excellent communication skills with ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
