- Lead end-to-end digital marketing & growth strategy for the brand
- Manage performance marketing (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, SEO)
- Drive website traffic, conversions, and ROI optimization
- Handle large marketing budgets and agency partnerships
- Oversee CRM, analytics, attribution & marketing automation
- Develop influencer marketing and social media strategy
- Independently audit existing digital ecosystem, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.

Key Requirements:

- Robust experience in digital marketing with a large retail/consumer brand
- Expertise in performance marketing & data-driven decision making
- Hands-on knowledge of analytics, conversion tracking & ROI optimization
- Ability to work strategically and independently
