About the Role

We are looking for an experienced candidate for the position of Head – Finance & Accounts to lead the complete finance and accounting function, ensure financial discipline and compliance, manage cash flow and working capital, and provide timely financial insights to support management decision-making.

1. Accounting Operations

Oversee day-to-day accounting and month-end/year-end closure. Ensure timely and accurate P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reporting.

Ensure adherence to accounting policies and standards.

1. Receivables & Invoicing

Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and collections. Monitor receivables and ageing and drive reduction in overdue amounts.
1. Payables & Payment Control

Oversee vendor payments and creditor ageing. Ensure payments are accurate, authorised and aligned with cash-flow priorities.
1. Cash Flow & Fund Management

Manage cash flows, liquidity and working capital. Prepare cash-flow forecasts and ensure adequate funds for business requirements.
1. Banking & Financial Management

Manage banking relationships, borrowings and funding requirements. Oversee debt servicing and optimise financing costs.
1. Reconciliation & Financial Controls

Ensure timely bank, ledger and other reconciliations if any. Establish robust financial controls, approval mechanisms and processes to prevent errors and leakage.
1. Management Accounting

Drive budgeting, forecasting, cost and profitability analysis. Provide insights on cost structures, profitability,



and financial performance
1. Tax & Statutory Compliance

Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances. Coordinate statutory, internal and tax audits and manage external advisors.
1. Risk & Governance

Identify and mitigate financial, tax, insurance and other business risks. Ensure appropriate controls, insurance coverage and confidentiality of financial information.

Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com or equivalent qualification.

Experience: 10–15 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, taxation, audit, budgeting, cash flow and working capital management.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP/SAP systems.

Experience in banking, fund management, financial planning and MIS.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Proficiency in English, Hindi and Telugu
