Job Purpose:

Lead Enterprise IT by defining digital strategy, enterprise architecture, and technology governance to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable IT and Operational Technology (OT) solutions that support engineering, projects, plant operations, and business functions across the clean energy value chain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the enterprise IT and digital strategy aligned with business growth, engineering requirements, and operational objectives.
- Define enterprise architecture, application landscape, and technology standards for engineering systems, business applications, industrial platforms, and digital solutions.
- Lead the implementation and governance of enterprise applications, including ERP, document management, engineering systems, collaboration platforms, and digital workplace solutions.
- Establish IT governance, cybersecurity frameworks, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies to protect enterprise and operational technology assets.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, including Industrial IoT, cloud technologies, data platforms, advanced analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence, to improve engineering and operational performance.
- Define technology roadmaps for engineering applications, data management platforms, GIS, digital twins, plant information systems, and industrial data integration.
- Lead the integration of enterprise IT with Operational Technology (OT), SCADA, historians, control systems, and field instrumentation while maintaining cybersecurity and system reliability.
- Develop IT investment plans, budgets, sourcing strategies,



and vendor partnerships to support business objectives and technology modernization.
- Establish IT service governance, service-level agreements, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive IT risk management, technology compliance, software licensing, and information security governance in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Lead enterprise-wide technology programs, cross-functional digital initiatives, and organizational capability development.
- Build and develop the Enterprise IT organization by strengthening technical capability, succession planning, and knowledge management.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, Engineering, or a related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
- 20+ years of experience in Enterprise IT, Digital Transformation, or Information Systems within energy, Oil & Gas, mining, manufacturing, utilities, or industrial process industries.
- Solid knowledge of enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, infrastructure management, ERP systems, and industrial digital technologies.
- Experience integrating enterprise IT with Operational Technology (OT), industrial control systems, SCADA, historians, and engineering applications.
- Experience leading enterprise technology programs, digital transformation, and IT governance.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, stakeholder management, and vendor management skills.
- Good understanding of engineering workflows, project delivery, and industrial operations within complex process industries.
