Job Summary

We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3–5 years of relevant experience in the textile/spinning mill industry to manage the complete Finance & Accounts function and provide financial insights to Management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete Finance & Accounts operations of the unit.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS and management reports.
- Handle budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, receivables and payables.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliances.
- Oversee costing, production costs, inventory and profitability analysis.
- Coordinate statutory, internal and tax audits.
- Ensure strong financial controls, accounting accuracy and compliance.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to Management for decision-making.
- Lead,



guide and monitor the Finance & Accounts team.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants and statutory authorities.
- Drive cost control and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure timely monthly and annual closure of accounts.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of Accounting, Taxation and Financial Reporting.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS and Income Tax.
- Experience in Textile/Spinning mill costing and finance operations.
- Strong MIS, Analytical and Excel skills.
- Knowledge of ERP/SAP will be an added advantage.
- Good leadership, communication and decision-making skills.

Eligibility

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
- 3–5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Candidates with relevant experience in textile mills/spinning mills will be preferred.
- Willingness to work at Coimbatore or Dindigul.
