- Manage board and committee meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.

- Help the company with DRPH and IPO readiness

- Maintain statutory records and registers as per legal requirements.

- Listed compliances

- Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and regulations.

- File required documents with regulatory authorities on time.

- Advise the board on legal and compliance matters.

- Handle correspondence with stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

- Support the preparation of the annual report and other key documents.

- Stay updated on changes in laws affecting the organisation.

- A recognised qualification as a Company Secretary.

- Robust knowledge of corporate laws and governance practices.

- Experience in managing board meetings and compliance.
