Role & responsibilities :

- Oversee daily financial planning, treasury management and corporate finance strategies for a leading real estate developer, partnering with senior leadership on capital allocation.
- Securing Lease Rental Discounting (LRD) facilities and Bank Guarantees (BG) to optimize project funding and capital structures.
- Manage project financing and working capital needs.
- Developed and maintain strong relationships with leading financial institutions and banks, ensuring seamless fund mobilization and competitive borrowing rates.
- Direct preparation, review and presentation of financial statements in compliance with Ind AS and IGAAP, including consolidated reporting for multiple project entities.
- Led budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting and variance analysis delivering weekly and monthly cost, productivity, inventory etc
- Managed end-to-end GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns, ITC utilization, 2B reconciliation, reverse charge liability, advance receipt taxation and departmental representations.
- Execute strategic tax planning initiatives across GST and Income Tax functions; tracked Direct & Indirect Tax appeals, TDS notices and assessment hearings.
- Ensured 100% compliance with RERA, MSME and DPT-3 requirements across project entities.




- Manage statutory audits, internal audits and financial due diligence exercises; prepared comprehensive documentation for tax authorities, auditors, lenders and regulators.

Preferred candidate profile

- CA preferred, alternatively MBA Finance equivalent qualification with strong relevant experience.
- Minimum 18 years of experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Robust knowledge of project accounting, financial planning, taxation and statutory compliance.
- Experience in managing large finance & accounts teams.
- Strong understanding of RERA, GST, TDS, Income Tax and real estate financial processes.
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems and advanced MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, decision-making and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Ability to work closely with promoters/management and provide strategic financial advice.
