Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant (ADP Integration)

Experience: 5–10 Years

Location: PAN India / Hybrid (as per business requirement)

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM technical development and ADP Payroll integration . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing integrations, reports, Fast Formula, HDL/HSDL, REST/SOAP APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), with a strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and support Oracle Fusion HCM technical solutions across various HCM modules.
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and ADP Payroll.
- Build and maintain inbound and outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, FTP/SFTP, and HCM Extracts.
- Develop HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, OTBI Reports, and dashboards.
- Create and maintain Fast Formula, HDL/HSDL, Spreadsheet Loader, and other data migration solutions.
- Work with functional consultants to understand business requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration and production support issues.
- Perform unit testing,



system integration testing, and deployment activities.
- Prepare technical design documents and support knowledge transfer activities.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Technical.
- Experience integrating Oracle Fusion HCM with ADP Payroll.
- Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Hands-on experience with:

- HCM Extracts

- BI Publisher

- OTBI Reports

- Quick Formula

- HDL / HSDL
- REST & SOAP APIs
- File-based integrations (SFTP/FTP)
- XML, XSLT, JSON
- Experience in troubleshooting integration and data issues.
- Good understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM data model and security.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Functional Knowledge (Preferred) Experience with one or more Oracle Fusion HCM modules:

- Core HR
- Workforce Structures
- Absence Management
- Talent Management
- Recruiting (ORC)
- Compensation
- Payroll (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Oracle Fusion HCM and/or Oracle Integration Cloud certifications are an added advantage.
- Experience working in global implementation or support projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
