Key Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain applications on IBM i / AS400.

Work extensively with RPG, RPGLE, CLLE, and SQL.

Develop and optimize DB2 for i database queries and stored procedures.

Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

Perform coding, debugging, unit testing, and production support.

Troubleshoot application and batch-job issues.

Work with Job Control Language (JCL) and IBM i job management where applicable.

Develop and maintain CL programs, batch jobs, and interfaces.

Perform impact analysis for application changes.

Participate in code reviews and technical documentation.

Collaborate with functional teams, QA, and other application teams.
