Role Description This is a full-time, in office HCM OTL Consultant role based in Coimbatore. The consultant will configure, implement, and support Oracle HCM Time and Labor (OTL) modules, including time entry, approval workflows, and related integrations.

Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering business requirements, mapping processes, designing solutions, and collaborating with HR, payroll, and IT stakeholders to optimize time and attendance management. The role involves troubleshooting functional issues, performing system testing, preparing documentation,



and delivering user training to ensure effective adoption. The consultant will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, report development, and compliance with organizational and regulatory policies.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Human Capital Management and Human Capital processes, particularly in time and labor and workforce management.
- Experience working with Human Resources (HR) operations and Employee Benefits to align OTL configurations with HR and payroll policies.
- Background in Consulting, including requirements gathering, solution design, stakeholder management, and client communication.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud or similar enterprise HCM platforms, especially Time and Labor modules.
- Ability to analyze data, create reports, and interpret time and attendance metrics to support decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Management, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications in Oracle HCM or similar systems are an advantage.
