Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute technical projects that impact consumer-facing digital experiences.
- Build and maintain features within WebSphere/HCL Commerce Suite environments and Spring Bootbased microservices.
- Implement rapid changes to support evolving business and marketing requirements.
- Ensure implementations meet required scalability, performance, and reliability standards for digital operations.
- Analyze and diagnose issues that may affect performance or availability within the eCommerce environment.
- Develop functional and technical documentation for assigned projects.
- Collaborate within a team environment to support shared goals and improve engineering practices.
- Partner closely with organizational stakeholders, technology partners, and members of the Digital Product Engineering team to ensure timely delivery of project commitments.
- Write high-quality code that adheres to performance, scalability, and security best practices.
- Troubleshoot issues alongside business partners and support teams.
- Participate in agile-scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Continuously enhance platforms by incorporating modern retail technology trends to support business strategies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a related field, including at least 2 years in eCommerce.
- Experience with eCommerce implementation on WebSphere/HCL Commerce Suite is a plus.
- Experience with web architecture and IT security best practices (e.g., SOX, PCI).
- Experience in designing and developing microservices-based back-end systems using Spring Boot, Micro Services
- Familiarity with contemporary server-side technologies such as REST, JPA, Kafka, and Swagger
- Experience writing unit tests and API tests.J
