Description

We are looking for a skilled Hardware Technician (L1/L2) with strong hands-on experience in laptop and desktop repair, motherboard-level troubleshooting, component replacement, soldering, and electronic diagnostics.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working at the component/board level, diagnosing hardware faults, performing repairs, and ensuring devices are fully functional after servicing.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform component-level troubleshooting and repair of laptop and desktop motherboards.
- Carry out soldering and desoldering of electronic components, connectors, charging ports, ICs, and other motherboard components.
- Perform motherboard diagnosis, component replacement, and board-level repair.
- Diagnose and repair motherboard-level faults.
- Perform LCD/display screen replacement, including display panel, display cable, backlight, and related components.
- Perform motherboard replacement, RAM/SSD upgrades, battery replacement, keyboard, touchpad, fan, speaker, and charging-port replacement.
- Use appropriate multimeters, soldering stations, hot-air rework stations, and other electronic diagnostic tools for hardware troubleshooting and repair.
- Perform post-repair testing and quality checks to ensure the device is fully functional.

Required Skills





- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in laptop/desktop hardware repair and technical support.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and electronic components.
- Hands-on experience with motherboard-level troubleshooting and repair.
- Strong soldering and desoldering skills.
- Experience with LCD/display and motherboard replacement.
- Good understanding of RAM, SSD/HDD, batteries, keyboards, touchpads, charging ports, cooling systems, displays, ICs, and other hardware components.
- Experience diagnosing motherboard-related issues.
- Proficiency in using multimeter, soldering station, hot-air rework station, and other diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to perform component replacement and device disassembly/reassembly.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS.
- Positive communication and documentation skills..
