We are looking for an Embedded Hardware Engineer with hands-on experience in motor controller systems and vehicle-level performance tuning for electric vehicles. The candidate will be responsible for testing, tuning and optimizing vehicle performance across different operating conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on motor controller integration, testing and performance optimization.
- Perform vehicle-level tuning for acceleration, gradient performance, range and overall vehicle performance.
- Conduct testing and tuning at bench-level dynamometer (Dyno) and chassis dynamometer (Chassis Dyno).
- Analyze vehicle performance data and identify areas for improvement.
- Support performance tuning and calibration of electric vehicles.
- Conduct CAN communication analysis and troubleshooting during vehicle testing.
- Collaborate with embedded, hardware,
software and vehicle engineering teams for system-level optimization.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Embedded Hardware / Embedded Systems.
- Solid experience with motor controllers, preferably in electric vehicle applications.
- Hands-on experience in vehicle-level testing and performance tuning.

- Chassis Dyno testing
- Good understanding of CAN (Controller Area Network) communication and vehicle-level diagnostics.
- Hands-on experience with PEAK CAN and BUSMASTER tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and data-analysis skills.
- Experience in EV / automotive embedded systems will be preferred.
Education Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Embedded Systems, Automotive Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
