Role & responsibilities

- Operate, set up, and optimize moulding machines.
- Manpower handling, production planning
- Troubleshoot moulding defects and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to GMP, ISO 13485, and company quality standards.
- Monitor production output, machine utilization, and process efficiency.
- Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams for process validation,

preventive maintenance, and issue resolution.
- Maintain production records, process documentation, and traceability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap, improve

productivity, and enhance process capability.




- Ensure compliance with EHS guidelines and 5S practices.
- Strong understanding of polymer processing and moulding technologies.
- Knowledge of process validation, root cause analysis, and quality tools.
- Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
