Hairdo Pvt Ltd is looking for a professional, organized, and customer-focused Hair Salon Manager to oversee daily operations, elevate client satisfaction, and drive salon growth. The ideal candidate will manage front desk activities, lead and support the salon team, manage scheduling and client leads, and ensure every guest receives a premium, high-quality salon experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily salon operations and manage front desk procedures.

- Greet clients warmly, assist with check-ins, and ensure a high standard of customer service.

- Manage appointment scheduling, walk-ins, phone bookings, and daily client lead follow-ups.

- Coordinate seamlessly with hair stylists, colorists, and assistants to ensure smooth daily workflow.

- Maintain organized client records, service histories, and appointment schedules.

- Manage client billing, payment processing, and daily cash/sales reporting.

- Maintain flawless standards of presentation, cleanliness, and grooming at the front desk and waiting area.

- Resolve customer complaints or service issues professionally and promptly.

- Promote salon packages, retail hair products, memberships, and seasonal promotions.

- Monitor salon performance,



front desk workflow, and client retention rates.

Requirements:

- Plus Two / Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in salon, spa, beauty, or front office management.

- Prior experience in the hair salon or beauty industry is a strong advantage.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with salon booking software.

- Professional appearance, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude.

- Excellent ability to manage customer relations and coordinate a busy salon team.
