Job Role

Studio Manager / Fitness Studio Manager

- Manage daily studio operations, including hygiene, safety, and equipment maintenance.

- Drive monthly revenue and membership targets.

- Generate customer walk-ins through referrals and local community activities.

- Improve trial-to-membership conversion rates.

- Focus on member retention and customer satisfaction.

- Lead and manage trainers while ensuring adherence to prescribed workout protocols.

- Handle customer feedback, complaints, membership freezes, and cancellations.

- Maintain brand standards and manage the studio's Google and WhatsApp reputation.

- Monitor studio expenses, collections, and payments.

- Prepare and maintain MIS reports.

- Ensure compliance with HR, statutory, health, and safety requirements.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth studio operations.
