Marathi + English: CTC ₹23,000–₹25,000/month | In-hand ₹19,000–₹21,000/month

- Bengali + English: CTC ₹23,000–₹27,000/month | In-hand ₹19,000–₹23,000/month
- Gujarati + English: CTC ₹28,000/month | In-hand ₹24,000/month
- Punjabi + English: CTC ₹28,000/month | In-hand ₹24,000/month

Role Description The Gujarati/Bengali/Marathi/Punjabi Customer Support Executive will provide front-line customer service in regional languages, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product or service information to customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to calls and messages, documenting interactions, escalating complex concerns to the appropriate teams, and ensuring timely follow-ups to maintain high customer satisfaction. The executive will collaborate with internal departments to address service requests, clarify customer needs, and contribute to process improvements.





This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, requiring consistent availability during assigned shifts and a professional, empathetic communication style.

Qualifications

- Robust customer interaction skills, including Customer Support and Customer Service capabilities.

- Ability to maintain high Customer Satisfaction while managing diverse customer needs and concerns.

- Experience with Online Support tools and platforms for handling queries and requests.

- Basic Technical Support skills to troubleshoot common customer issues or coordinate with technical teams.

- Proficiency in at least one regional language (Gujarati, Bengali, Marathi, or Punjabi) along with clear communication in Hindi and English.

- Good listening skills, patience, and an empathetic approach to customer problem-solving.

- Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems and comfort working in a structured, target-driven environment.

- Minimum higher secondary education; a diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline is an advantage.

- Ability to work on-site in Indore, manage shift-based schedules, and collaborate effectively with team members.
