Summary We are looking for an experienced Guidewire Tester to join the insurance technology and analytics team of a leading global organization. The role will involve testing and validating insurance applications and processes, with a strong focus on Guidewire Premium Validation and insurance domain fundamentals.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Guidewire testing/premium validation, strong proficiency in Excel, a good understanding of Auto and Home insurance, and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Perform functional and validation testing for Guidewire-based insurance applications, with a focus on premium validation.
- Validate premium calculations, insurance transactions, and business rules to identify discrepancies and defects.
- Test insurance processes related to Auto and Home insurance and ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Use MS Excel for test data preparation, validation, reconciliation, and analysis.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to report defects, track issues, and ensure timely resolution and delivery.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Guidewire testing, insurance testing, premium validation, or related areas.
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire Premium Validation is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and experience in data validation/reconciliation.
- Good understanding of insurance fundamentals,
particularly Auto and Home insurance.
- Average or better communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with stakeholders; ASAP joiners preferred.
