Role & responsibilities

- Design and build user interfaces, digital portals, and Micro-Frontends (MFEs) using React.js and the Guidewire Jutro framework.
- Integrate Jutro front ends with Guidewire Cloud APIs (CloudAPI) and downstream microservices.
- Partner with UX/UI designers, business analysts, and core platform engineers to translate designs and business requirements into robust code.
- Diagnose and resolve UI state-management, rendering, and API concurrency issues.
- Write clean, modular, and reusable components. Implement unit and integration tests using JEST framework to ensure reliable deployments.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong professional experience in front-end development using Typescript, React.js, ES6+ JavaScript, JEST

- Guidewire Jutro: Hands-on experience developing with the Guidewire Jutro framework
- Valuable understanding of the Jutro Component Library
- Experience in authentication/authorization
- Proficiency working with RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous state handling.
- Familiarity with Git, npm/yarn, webpack, and agile delivery tools.
- Strong debugging skills with complex application states and responsive design.
